What is Human Design?
The technicalities of what Human Design is would be best described as a system or a science of getting to know yourself deeper. It’s like an Astrology birth chart on steroids!
Using your birth details (date, time and place of birth), I can run it through a software which will tell us all about you in a Body Graph (a little picture with shapes on it, with numbers and lines that you can see on my video below).
Getting your Body Graph online is free; however, learning about it can take some time. And there’s plenty to learn.
There are loads of information online that’s free to learn how to interpret your own Body Graph (I’ve provided some of my favourite links below for you). But if you’re dying to know it NOW and have it explained in digestible language, then book a chart reading with me. Why would you want to know about your Human Design?
Simply put, Human Design is a manual for operating your vehicle (or body).
It answers how you best use your energy in life. Because we aren’t all the same.
How you are recommended to make the best decisions for yourself
How you’re best made to interact, in relationship and partnership, with others
What makes you tick?
It shows where your strengths are
And also, your push/pull areas or where your NotSelf hides (NotSelf is a term for conditioning)
In my personal experience, learning about my Human Design gave me a rebirth of sorts.
I could finally see where I was going along with the crowd, making decisions out of FOMO, or in a logical fashion – that led me to be extremely removed from my body awareness.
I wasn’t living my life well before, and now I could see exactly where and to what capacity. It was an enriching, ever-evolving experimentation that advanced my thoughts way further than the years of talk therapy ever had.
… And then seeing my kids’ Designs was also eye-opening. They were similar to me and yet SO different to me. I could see where and witness it in them.
Human Design is an invitation to see your life under a microscope and understand why you are the way you are.
It’s an invitation to start thriving in life, not just merely surviving and being homogeneous like the crowd.
