I’m a curious human, living through the ups and downs of life.
I’ve learned many energetic supports that helped me rebuild myself from a personal rock bottom I had in 2016
And now I want to help other people do the same. Back then, I was so detached from the earth and nature. I felt alone in my ‘survival’: day in and day out.
What I’ve noticed about life is that there are constant changes and fluctuations. (I still believe Charles Darwin should've said ‘Survival of the flexible’ instead of fittest.)
We are constantly shedding and evolving, even if we aren’t conscious of it.
Life throws things our way to sharpen us. Sometimes to soften us. It’s all, ultimately, in the name of growth and knowing yourself better.

I’m an advocate for remembering, preserving and passing on this tradition of working together with Mother Earth.
